Surf 'n Turf
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 3 carrots, peeled, cut into thin ribbons
- 2 baby English cucumbers, cut into thin ribbons
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 8 slices prosciutto
- Reserve 2 tsp.
- dressing; toss remaining dressing with vegetables in large bowl.
- Brush salmon with reserved dressing; wrap with prosciutto.
- Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min.
- on each side or until prosciutto is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.
- Serve salmon with vegetable mixture.
