Surf 'n Turf

  1. Reserve 2 tsp.
  2. dressing; toss remaining dressing with vegetables in large bowl.
  3. Brush salmon with reserved dressing; wrap with prosciutto.
  4. Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min.
  5. on each side or until prosciutto is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.
  6. Serve salmon with vegetable mixture.
