Stuffed Potatoes Made Over

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Prick potatoes; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 45 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
  6. Scoop out centres, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  7. Combine potato flesh, spinach and dressing; spoon into shells.
  8. Top with cheese; bake 5 min.
  9. or until melted.
