Chicken French Style

  1. In paper or plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
  3. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Add lemon juice and mushrooms.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with parsley.
