Boiled Pot Pie Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. lard
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. water
- Use veal, rabbit, or possibly chicken.
- Cut into serving pcs to stew.
- When meat is cooked, add in: 4 potatoes, sliced Chopped parsley Black pepper
- After broth is boiling, drop in half of the dough squares, one by one, covering the whole broth.
- Stir with spoon to mix thoroughly before adding rest of dough.
- Stir again.
- Cover and boil for 20 min.
- If you must add in water, add in boiling water.
