Easy Shepherd's Pie Recipe

• 1 (12-16 ounce.) pkg. potato puffs
• 1 pound hamburger
• 1/2 onion, cut up
• 1 can mushroom soup

1. Fry hamburger and onion in skillet.
2. Put in bottom of casserole dish.
3. Add in sufficient potato puffs to top of casserole.
4. Pour mushroom soup over all.
5. Heat in 350 degree oven 1/2 hour to 45 min, or possibly microwave 20 min, covered.
