Creamy Horseradish Sauce

• 1 14 cups nonfat sour cream
• 13 cup prepared horseradish
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1. Combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
3. Can be made ahead up to three days and refrigerated.
