Easy! Roasted Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise
- 3 Salmon fillets
- 70 grams Shredded cabbage
- 1 Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Miso (I used blended miso)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Shichimi spice
- 1 Scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- Remove the skin and bones (optional) and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for miso mayonnaise sauce.
- Coat a gratin dish with the sesame oil.
- Then spread the shredded cabbage out of the bottom.
- Place the salmon fillets on the cabbage.
- Pour the miso mayonnaise sauce over.
- Place in the oven or grill and cook for about 17 minutes.
- It may take longer or shorter depending on your home appliance.
- When the salmon fillets are cooked through and the miso mayonnaise sauce is lightly brown, it's done.
