Peas With Onions And Mushrooms (Microwave) Recipe

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 sm. onion, diced
• 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
• 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn peas
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Dash pepper

1. Place butter in glass casserole.
2. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute or possibly till melted.
3. Add in diced onion and sliced mushrooms.
4. Cook on HIGH for 3 min or possibly till onions are transparent.
5. Add in frzn peas.
6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 to 8 min, or possibly till peas are warm, stirring once during cooking.
7. Makes 4 servings.
