Pork Chop N Potato Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Salt
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- Brown pork chops in oil (350 degrees) with 1/2 salt; set aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can onions.
- Put into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Top with pork chops; cover with foil and bake 40 min.
- Uncover and top with 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can onions.
- Bake 5 min.
