Pork Chop N Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in oil (350 degrees) with 1/2 salt; set aside.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 salt.
  3. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can onions.
  4. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  5. Top with pork chops; cover with foil and bake 40 min.
  6. Uncover and top with 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can onions.
  7. Bake 5 min.
