Hot Jalapeno, Spinach & Cheese Dip
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
- Add 1-1/2 cups cheddar; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake 5 min.
