This Goes Well with Rice! Cabbage and Pork Miso Stir-Fry

  1. Make the flavoring sauce.
  2. Put in soy sauce--
  3. Add sake--
  4. Add brown sugar--
  5. Add the miso--
  6. And mix well.
  7. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  8. Place garlic in a frying pan, and turn on the heat.
  9. After the garlic is aromatic, add the meat.
  10. Turn the heat to high.
  11. Saute until the meat changes color--
  12. Add the flavoring sauce.
  13. Keep it at a high heat.
  14. Saute for a bit--
  15. Toss in the cabbage.
  16. Keep the heat high.
  17. Saute until the cabbage wilts, coat in the sauce, and it's done!
  18. Arrange on a plate and it's done!
