Smoked Trout and Wasabi Pastries

  1. Brush the pastry evenly with chilli oil until coated.
  2. Prick the pastry all over with a fork.
  3. Cut into 24 squares.
  4. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Spread the cooked pastry with wasabi cream.
  6. Top with pieces of trout and garnish with mint.
  7. Wasabi cream: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
