Polish Beef Stew Steak And Vegetables Recipe
- 1 round steak
- 1 green pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 celery stalks
- 4 carrots
- Oil
- Flour
- 2 potatoes
- 1 lg. c. tomato juice
- Garlic salt
- Lightly salt and pepper the round steak.
- Cut up in serving size pcs.
- Brown steak in oil.
- Add in sufficient tomato juice to cover steak, simmer.
- Add in some garlic salt.
- Cut celery in 2-inch long strips.
- Add in to meat.
- Cut green pepper into 6- 12 strips.
- Add in to meat.
- Peel carrots, and potatoes, and cut into large pcs and add in to meat.
- Add in more tomato juice as needed.
- Cook at least 1 hour at 350 degrees till vegetables are tender.
- Stir in a little flour to thicken.
