Shrimp or Chicken Pad Thai

  1. Deep rice noodles in warm water until soft but firm, drain a set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok.
  3. Add garlic and purple onion, stir fry 3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp or chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add noodles.
  6. Pre-mix fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and tamarind concentrate with water, then pour it onto the noodles.
  7. Cook until almost dry.
  8. Slowly add the beaten egg.
  9. Remove from the heat.
  10. Top with cilantro, bean sprouts and peanuts.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
