Crunchy Fish Subs

  1. Bake fish on a lined baking tray at 200C for 15-20 minutes, or according to pack instructions.
  2. Spread the base of each baguette with some Tartare sauce and top with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, onion, a fish fillet and two Singles halves.
  3. Serve immediately.
