A Simple Microwaved Lunch! Mentaiko and Cream Udon Noodles
- 1 portion Frozen udon noodles
- 7 grams Butter
- 20 grams Mentaiko
- 1 cm Garlic (tube type)
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 2 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Place the frozen noodles into a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave (600W for 3 minutes).
- While it is microwaving, mince the nori seaweed, shiso leaves, and green onions.
- Add the * ingredient while still hot, and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and microwave again (600W for 1 minute).
- Give it another quick stir, arrange onto a plate, and top with nori seaweed, shiso leaves, and green onions, then it is done.
