My Family's Go-To Meatball Recipe

  1. Grate the onion and garlic.
  2. Cut the parsley finely.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  4. Put all listed ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Form into your desired meatball size and place them on the baking tray sheeted with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
