My Family's Go-To Meatball Recipe
- 450 grams Minced meat (I used beef mince, but use your favourite meat)
- 150 grams Onion
- 2 tbsp Italian parsley (or normal parsley or dried)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (or grated cheese)
- 25 grams Panko
- 1 Eggs (large)
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1/8 tsp ~ Red chilli pepper flakes (optional)
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Grate the onion and garlic.
- Cut the parsley finely.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Put all listed ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Form into your desired meatball size and place them on the baking tray sheeted with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
