Protein Bars
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 14 cups chocolate whey protein
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1) Mix Oatmeal, protein and cinnamon.
- 2) In a separate glass bowl mix PB and Honey.
- Microwave on high 40 secs, stir and repeat.
- Add vanilla.
- 3) Combine all ingredients together, mix well.
- Press into 8X8 pan refridgerate 1 hour then cut into 12 pieces.
