Beef and Vegetable Soup

  1. Cook ground beef with diced onion, garlic, one teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  2. When cooked through, add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn to low and simmer for one hour or until all vegetables are tender.
