Peaches & Cream Cobbler

  1. heat oven to 400*F.
  2. in large bowl stir together all filling ingredients except peaches.
  3. stir in peaches.
  4. pour batter into 13x9" baking pan.
  5. in medium bowl stir together all cobbler ingredients, except butter, egg and milk.
  6. cut in butter until crumbly.
  7. stir in egg and milk just until moistened.
  8. crumble mixture over peaches; sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar.
  9. bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around edges.
  10. serve with whipped cream.
