Heart Healthy Strawberry Banana Shake
- 6 ounces non-fat strawberry yogurt (Dannon light & fit)
- 1 banana (over ripened)
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 ounces skim milk
- In a blender add 4 Ice cubes and crush using fastest speed available (if you do not have a blender capable of crushing Ice, place cubes in a plastic bag and pre crush with a meat mallet or bottom of a pan first).
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 12 oz glass.
- Garnish with Fresh or Thawed Frozen Strawberries (optional).
