Apple Oatsie Bran
- 13 cup rolled oats
- 13 cup low-fat milk or 13 cup soymilk
- 14 cup wheat bran
- 12 apple, grated
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon vanilla
- 13-1 cup water
- Mix oats, milk, applesauce, and water (as needed).
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir in bran, grated apple, cinnamon, and extra water.
- Cook, stirring each minute, for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Serve.
