Stroganoff With Potato Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Brown ground beef.
  3. Drain excess grease.
  4. Add gravy mix, soup, sour cream, sliced mushrooms, water, and catsup.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spread into a 2 quart ovenproof baking dish.
  7. In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
  8. Drop potato mixture by spoonfuls on top of casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are golden.
