Easy and Fluffy Steamed Breakfast Cake Made with Pancake Mix
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Mix the egg, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil in a microwave silicon steamer case.
- Add the pancake mix and stir.
- Cover the steamer case and heat for 3.5 minutes in the microwave at 500W.
- Done!
- Fresh out of the microwave!
- So light and fluffy.
- I just eyeball the amount for the pancake mix.
- I use half a pack of a 200 g box.
- I use a measuring spoon for the other ingredients as I add them to the steamer.
- Additional notes: A variation with chocolate.
- I added 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate milk and 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Sprinkled some powdered sugar on top.
- When making this cake to serve as a snack, please increase the amount of sugar, or add 1 tablespoon butter.
- These additions makes it tastier and more like regular cake.
- I modified the amount of ingredients slightly to make the cake more moist.
