Vegetable Soup for Summer

  1. Boil 1.5-2 quarts water.
  2. Add carrots, onion, garlic, and leek greens.
  3. Boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Add potatoes, zucchini, and pasta.
  5. Cook 10 minutes.
  6. Add bell peppers, salt, and pepper, cook an additional 5 minutes, and serve!
