Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Popcorn

  1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, melt white chocolate and peanut butter in microwave on medium power for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
  6. Once chocolate is completely melted and smooth, remove from microwave.
  7. Pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn and lightly toss to coat.
  8. Spread popcorn onto prepared tray and let sit for 20 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
  9. Using a spoon, break up mixture into small chunks.
  10. Pour into a large bowl and add almonds and chocolate chips.
  11. Lightly toss to combine.
  12. Enjoy!
