Wheat Yeast Rolls Recipe

  1. Sift flour into large bowl.
  2. Add in butter and Large eggs.
  3. Combine yeast and hot water together; set aside.
  4. Heat to very hot lowfat milk, salt, and sugar; add in both to flour and beat till mixed.
  5. Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead (do not knead in too much flour).
  6. Grease large bowl and put dough into bowl to let rise 1 hour.
  7. Punch down; let rest 10 min.
  8. Shape into rolls and let rise 1 hour.
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 25 min.
