Wheat Yeast Rolls Recipe
- 4 c. white flour
- 2 c. wheat flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 Packages dry yeast
- 1/2 c. very hot water
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Sift flour into large bowl.
- Add in butter and Large eggs.
- Combine yeast and hot water together; set aside.
- Heat to very hot lowfat milk, salt, and sugar; add in both to flour and beat till mixed.
- Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead (do not knead in too much flour).
- Grease large bowl and put dough into bowl to let rise 1 hour.
- Punch down; let rest 10 min.
- Shape into rolls and let rise 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 25 min.
