Easy Lemon Chiffon Pie Recipe
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons)
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- Sprinkling of lemon rind
- Baked pastry shell, cooled
- Or possibly graham cracker crust, or possibly chocolate cookie crust is good.
- Mix all ingredients together till well blended.
- Spread into baked shell and chill.
- Top pie with meringue or possibly whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
