Green Grow

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Old Tom gin
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 2 dashes of celery bitters
• 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
