Easter Flower Cupcakes

  1. Frost the cupcake evenly with frosting.
  2. Top with sanding sugar.
  3. Place Jelly beans on top in a flower petal pattern.
  4. Press a gundrop in the center of the flower.
  5. Cut the green licorice laces to make the flower stems, press onto the cupcakes.
  6. Serve or storage in an air-tight container.
