Pink Lemonade Cake
- 3 cup Cake Flour (It's just what I had on hand. Any will do
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Country Time Pink Lemonade or any other pink lemonade drink mix available
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Pink Lemonade drink mix
- 1 splash milk
- 1 powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened (use more or less as needed)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl cream eggs butter and sugar.
- Add milk.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mixture.
- Mix well
- Place into two 9 inch baking pans or pan of your choice and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until tops are nice and brown and toothpick comes out clean.
- For icing cream butter and pink lemonade together then add powdered sugar and milk to desired consistency.
- Spread onto cake and enjoy
