Smoked Egg Salad Sandwich
- 2 whole Smoked Eggs, Chopped (see My TastyKitchen Recipe Box)
- 1/2 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Diced Shallot
- 2 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 whole Sandwich Roll, Split In Half
- Start by adding everything but the sandwich roll into a bowl.
- Gently mix and fold to incorporate all of the ingredients.
- Taste and season with salt if you desire.
- Add to the bottom of the sandwich roll then add the top and dig in.
- The result is pretty darn awesome.
- The smoked eggs by themselves are good, but when you incorporate them into the other ingredients and make a sandwich, well, it just makes everything a whole lot better.
- Give this a shot if you are going to make an attempt at smoking eggs.
