Bundt Kuchen
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs beaten separately
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla (I add extra)
- 1/2 cup raisins (I use 1/2 cup candied or dried cherries instead)
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks well beaten, fruit and vanilla.
- Add flour and milk alternately.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake in a bundt pan sprinkled with sliced almonds.
- Bake 50 minutes in a 375 oven.
