Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
- 2 lbs sea scallops (rinsed and dried)
- 1 lb thin-sliced bacon (cut in half)
- Wrap a piece of bacon around a scallop and secure with a tooth pick.
- Place the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes per side or until bacon is fully cooked.
