Rum Muffins
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 14 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rum flavoring
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 12 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except brown sugar.
- Beat for 1/2 minute.
- Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
- Bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
- Serve warm.
