Jicama Rice Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste, if desired.
