Salmon Quesadillas
- 4 ounces grilled wild caught salmon
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 ounces white cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 scallion
- 2 flour tortillas
- fire grill 2 fresh flour tortillas.
- on bottom tortilla add 4 oz.
- white cheddar cheese.
- then salmon,.
- cilantro,and scallions.
- then top with 4oz.
- pepper/jack cheese.
- fire grill --.
- approximately 1 minute on each side or until cheese melted and golden brown.
- serve with fresh island salsa.
