Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 whole Egg White
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Panko Crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Freshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can (3 Oz. Size) French's Friend Onions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, egg, egg white, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, panko, salt and pepper.
- Form into a loaf and place in a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- Bake in the middle rack for 40 minutes.
- Remove and place cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove again and place Frenchs onions on top of the entire loaf.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
