Cinnamon apple chips

  1. preheat oven to 200
  2. thinly slice apples.
  3. may peel and core, but i do not.
  4. be sure to remove seeds.
  5. place slices in single later on parchment lined sheets.
  6. coat with cinnamon sugar if desired (i always do)
  7. bake for 1 hour, then flip and bake for another hour.
  8. continue baking add flipping every 20 minutes until desired crispness.
  9. (usually takes about 3 hours depending on thickness)
  10. cool and enjoy!
  11. can store in airtight container ~1 week (if they make it that long!)
