Umeboshi and Edamame Pasta Salad

  1. Boil the spaghetti, and cool in cold water.
  2. Chop the umeboshi into a paste.
  3. Put the spaghetti, umeboshi paste, edamame and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  4. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
  5. This is even more delicious topped with some finely shredded shiso leaves.
