Umeboshi and Edamame Pasta Salad
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 1 Edamame beans (boiled)
- 3 medium Umeboshi
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 dash Pepper
- 4 to 5 leaves Shiso leaves (to taste)
- Boil the spaghetti, and cool in cold water.
- Chop the umeboshi into a paste.
- Put the spaghetti, umeboshi paste, edamame and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
- This is even more delicious topped with some finely shredded shiso leaves.
