Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

  1. Cover soup bone with water; bring to boil.
  2. Add in carrots, celery, tomatoes, juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Let simmer till meat falls from the bone.
  4. Cold and scrape off fat.
  5. Heat again, add in barley and cook till barley is done.
  6. Serve piping warm.
