Slops
- 2 strips of bacon per person
- 2 potatoes per person
- 3 eggs per person
- 1/4 cup cheese per person, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cooking oil as needed
- 1 salt, pepper & garlic to taste
- Wash, peel and chop potatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Add butter to bacon grease and add potatoes.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste while frying potatoes on medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add oil if needed.
- Once potatoes are done, turn down heat to low and add beaten eggs and crumbled bacon, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese last, stirring until just melted.
- Serve and watch it disappear!
