Head Cheese Recipe

  1. Cover with cool water.
  2. Boil - skim - simmer 2 hrs.
  3. Cold.
  4. Cut meat in small pcs.
  5. Strain liquid.
  6. Add in 1/2 c. vinegar.
  7. Mix with meat.
  8. put in bread pan.
