Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor
- 1/4 c. butter, cut into pcs
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 can condense cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. cut up cooked chicken or possibly turkey, about 16 ounce.
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Birds Eye mixed vegetables
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- Place contents of vegetables, seasoning packets and butter into bowl.
- Add in water to partially melted butter.
- Add in stuffing crumbs.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk in 2 qt casserole.
- Stir in chicken, vegetables, and thyme.
- Spoon stuffing over chicken mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
- Makes 4 servings.
