Chicken Fajita Kabobs

  1. Mix oil, juice and spices together in a glass dish.
  2. Then marinate the cut chicken in this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. While marinating, cut peppers and onions into equal sized pieces, about 1.5 inches in size.
  4. Slide alternating layers of chicken, onion and pepper onto skewers and grill over medium low heat until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Makes 4 full skewers.
