Homemade Sesame Tofu

  1. Add the soy milk and katakuriko to a non-stick frying pan and mix to dissolve the katakuriko.
  2. Put over low heat, add the salt and mix with a wooden spatula so that clumps don't form.
  3. Once it has become sticky, mix in the sesame paste and ground sesame seeds.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Once it has cooled and hardened, it's done.
