Homemade Sesame Tofu
- 200 ml Soy milk (additive-free)
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Sesame paste
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 2 pinch Salt
- Add the soy milk and katakuriko to a non-stick frying pan and mix to dissolve the katakuriko.
- Put over low heat, add the salt and mix with a wooden spatula so that clumps don't form.
- Once it has become sticky, mix in the sesame paste and ground sesame seeds.
- Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
- Once it has cooled and hardened, it's done.
