Salmon Tuna Loaf Recipe
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can (2 c.) salmon or possibly 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. med. white sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Pet lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 beaten egg
- Add in lemon juice to salmon or possibly tuna.
- Also white sauce, lowfat milk, salt, egg, celery and crumbs.
- Mix well.
- Bake in greased dish, 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till brown.
