Black Forest Pie

• 34 Oreo cookies, divided
• 14 cup butter, melted
• 2 cups cold milk
• 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
• 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed, divided
• 1 cup cherry pie filling
• 1 square semisweet baking chocolate, melted

1. Cut 10 oreos in quarters and set aside.
2. Crush the rest of the cookies and mix with the melted butter.
3. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
4. Put in the frig while making the filling.
5. Whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
6. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding onto the crust.
7. Top with reserved cookies.
8. Fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip into the remaining pudding; spoon over pie.
9. Put in the frig for 3 hours.
10. Spread cool whip on top, then the cherry pie filling.
11. Drizzle the pie with the melted chocolate.
12. Store in the frig.
