Chinese Style Ribs Recipe
- 4 lbs. pork baby back ribs, par-boiled
- Make ginger sauce: mix together 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. chicken broth, 3 Tbsp.
- brown sugar, 2 Tbsp.
- grnd ginger.
- Pour over ribs and place them in a large covered bowl and chill overnight.
- Remove ribs from marinade.
- Save marinade.
- Mix 2 Tbsp.
- sugar, 1/2 tsp.
- salt, 1/4 tsp.
- paprika, 1/4 tsp.
- turmeric, 1/4 tsp.
- celery seed, and a dash of dry mustard.
- Rub ribs with this mix, thoroughly.
- Place ribs under broiler, basing often with reserved marinade, till well browned on both sides.
