Bacon Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a Dutch oven over medium heat 15 to 18 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add bacon, chopped green onions, and next 4 ingredients.
  5. Stir together mayonnaise and sour cream until blended.
  6. Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  8. Garnish, if desired.
